Like everyone else, I was shocked, frightened, and frustrated. All plans personally and professionally were derailed for the foreseeable future. When sharing my angst and concerns with a colleague, I gained an entirely new perspective on the situation. She noted that the greatest invitations in Life come through the biggest interruptions. Hmmm! I was intrigued by this remark. No doubt, COVID-19 is the biggest interruption in recent history. So I wonder, what are we now invited to do? Who are we invited to be? What are we to do with this once-in-a-lifetime invitation? Please join me to ponder these and many other questions.
